Poland's unemployment rate stood at 10.3 percent at the end of June compared with 10.8 percent a month before, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) informed. In June 2014, the unemployment amounted to 12 percent. The number of the registered unemployed totaled 1.622 million people, lower by 78,000 than at the end of April. Earlier in July, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy estimated unemployment at 10.4 percent.
