Exports from Poland amounted to US$ 198.2 billion in the year 2015. Poland exports mainly to countries of European Union, the share 87%.

The first ten groups of products, in value terms are as follows:

  1. Machines, engines, pumps: US$25.7 billion (12.9% of total exports)
  2. Electronic equipment: $24 billion (12.1%)
  3. Vehicles: $21.3 billion (10.8%)
  4. Furniture, lighting, signs: $11.2 billion (5.6%)
  5. Plastics: $9.2 billion (4.6%)
  6. Oil: $6.5 billion (3.3%)
  7. Iron or steel products: $6.3 billion (3.2%)
  8. Ships, boats: $5.5 billion (2.8%)
  9. Rubber: $4.5 billion (2.3%)
  10. Meat: $4.3 billion (2.2%)

Poland’s total Gross Domestic Product amounted to $103 trillion in 2015, according to statistics from the International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook Database. It means that exports accounted for 19.8% of total Polish economic output.
